San Jose, Costa Rica, November 10, 2020.- From November 3 to 6, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights held a training course in El Salvador on “Impunity and serious human rights violations” over the videoconferencing platform of the “Dr. Arturo Zeledón Castrillo” judicial training academy. The course was attended by over 50 judicial officers, including judges, public prosecutors, staff from the State’s Attorney and the office of the Human Rights Ombudsman.
