San José, Costa Rica, May 9, 2022. The Inter-American Court is pleased to announce the publication in Portuguese of the 11th Case Law Bulletin of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Tribal and Indigenous Peoples. This publication constitutes a historic occasion as it is the first Case Law Bulletin published by the Court of San José in Portuguese, and begins the collection in the Portuguese language, for the benefit of all interested persons and of the sister Republic of Brazil. The Bulletin can be downloaded here.
The Inter-American Court of Human Rights series of Case Law Bulletins aims to publicize the Court's principal lines of Case Law on various issues of regional relevance and interest.
