The Inter-American Court presents Bulletin on its most relevant Case Law regarding Nicaragua

Today, the Inter-American Court published the 35th Case Law Bulletin of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Case Law on Nicaragua. The purpose of this Bulletin is to disseminate the Inter-American Court’s Contentious Case Law in regard to the Republic of Nicaragua and, along with the Bulletins on El Salvador, Mexico, Panama, Honduras and Guatemala, this bulletin is part of a series of publications that seeks to systematize the Court’s case law precedents by country, in order to facilitate access for those interested. You may access the Booklet here.

Its publication is a part of the Strengthening the protection of human rights and the rule of law through jurisprudential dialogue, the optimization of institutional capacities and compliance with Judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua project, signed between the Inter-American Court and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The Inter-American Court is especially grateful for the Swiss Cooperation’s generous support in the preparation and dissemination of this publication.
