Publication of Journal of Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights No. 33 Preliminary Objections

 

San José, Costa Rica, July 14, 2021.- The Inter-American Court has published its Journal of Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights No. 33: Preliminary Objections. This edition analytically documents the varied case law of the Inter-American Court on issues related to its jurisdiction and the admissibility of contentious cases, and it constitutes a very important tool for State institutions, individuals, and civil society organizations that litigate before the Court. The objective of the series of Journals of Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights is to disseminate the main jurisprudential guidelines of the Court in a variety of relevant issues of regional interest. This journal was prepared thanks to a generous contribution from the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) through its DIRAJUS program.
