San José, Costa Rica, September 30, 2022. The Inter-American Court of Human Rights has published its Case Law Bulletin No. 37: Judicial Independence. This issue is dedicated to the Court's increasingly extensive case law in matters of judicial independence and the principles applicable to the Public Prosecutor's Office in terms of tenure in office, qualification, and evaluation processes, among other topics.
