San José, Costa Rica, August 31, 2022. On August 11, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Course for Applicants to the Judiciary (FIAJ according to its acronym in Spanish) from the Judicial School of Costa Rica, the Inter-American Court closed the Protection of Human Rights Module: "Refresher Course on the Case Law of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights".

This course began on June 30, 2022, with around 30 participants. The training process was made up of three virtual training modules, two synchronous and one asynchronous, in which the participants were able to update and deepen their knowledge of the Court's case law. The course presentations were given by an instruction team of lawyers from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

This human rights training activity is part of the collaboration agreement between the Inter-American Court and the Lic. Édgar Cervantes Villalta Judicial School of the Judiciary of Costa Rica.
