San José, Costa Rica, August 25, 2022. During the 150th Regular Session taking place in Brazil from August 22 to 26, 2022, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights announces the publication of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ Case Law Bulletin No. 32: Reparation Measures in Portuguese.
This issue compiles the Inter-American Court’s most relevant decisions on reparation measures issued within the context of Article 63(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights. Download the Bulletin here.
The publication of this Bulletin in Portuguese joins Portuguese language initiatives such as the publication of other Case Law Bulletins, the launch of the Court’s website in Portuguese, as well as a series of joint efforts between the Brazilian authorities and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
The Court thanks Dr. Claudio Nash for his work as editor of the Spanish version of this publication, as well as the generous contribution of German Cooperation implemented by GIZ and its DIRAJus Program based in Costa Rica.
