The purpose of the series of Journals of Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights is to disseminate the main jurisprudential guidelines of the Court in a variety of relevant issues of regional interest. It is updated periodically, with the updates communicated through the Court's website and social media accounts. This update was prepared thanks to the work of Dr. Claudio Nash, and the generous contribution of the German Cooperation implemented by GIZ and its DIRAJus Program based in Costa Rica.
