This update incorporates the most recent decisions issued by the Court on this subject. You may access the Bulletin here.
The purpose of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ series of Case Law Bulletins is to publicize the Court’s main Case Law on different issues of regional relevance and interest. The Court updates this series periodically and shares updated information via its website and social media. This update has been produced thanks to the work of PhD.
