San José, Costa Rica, December 16, 2021. The Inter-American Court has published the update to the 23rd Case Law Bulletin of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Corruption and Human Rights. This update incorporates the most recent decisions issued by the Court on this subject. Access the Bulletin here.

The  purpose  of  the  Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ series of Case Law Bulletins  is to publicize  the Court’s principal case  law  on different issues of regional relevance and interest. The Court updates the  series periodically and shares updated information via its website and social media. This update has been produced thanks to the work of Dr. Claudio Nash, and the generous contribution of the German Cooperation Agency, GIZ and its DIRAJus program, based in Costa Rica.
