San  José,  Costa  Rica,  November  19,  2021.  - Yesterday,  the  Secretary  of  the  InterAmerican  Court of  Human  Rights,  Pablo  Saavedra  Alessandri  and  the  Vice  Minister  of  Foreign  Affairs  of  the Plurinational  State  of  Bolivia,  Erwin  Freddy  Mamani  Machaca ,  concluded  the  course  on  "The InterAmerican  Court  of  Human  Rights  and  some  of  its  principal  lines  of  case  law",  held  in  Bolivia from  November  15  to  18.  More  than  130  people  participated  in  the  closing  activity,  including senior  officials  of  the  Bolivian Executive  Branch  and  the  administration  of  justice,  among  other key  authorities  for  the  protection  of  human  rights  in  the  country.  The  closing  keynote  speech was given  by Judge  Eugenio  Raúl Zaffaroni. 

This  refresher  program  was  a  part  of  a  joint  initiativ e  between  the  Inter American  Court  of Human  Rights  and  the  Ministry of  Foreign Affairs of the  Plurinational  State  of Bolivia
