San Jose, Costa Rica, December 12, 2022.- The Inter-American Court of Human Rights is pleased to announce the publication in Portuguese of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ Case Law Bulletin NO. 22: Economic, Social, Cultural, and Environmental Rights (ESCER). This issue, updated to 2021, incorporates the Court’s most important decisions in the matter. The Bulletin is available here.

The Court is grateful to Dr. Claudio Nash for his work as editor of the Spanish edition of this publication, which is part of the series of the Court’s Case Law Bulletins, as well as for the generous contribution of German cooperation implemented by GIZ and its DIRAJus Program based in Costa Rica.

We hope that this publication contributes to the dissemination of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ Case Law in Brazil and throughout the region.
