- This new edition of the Rules of Court includes the
amendments adopted by the plenary Court on 29 June 2009.
The amendments entered into force on 1 July 2009. On the
same occasion the plenary Court also adopted an addendum to
the Rules of Court. The addendum contains rules which apply
in proceedings before the Court in respect of those High
Contracting Parties which have expressed their consent to
apply on the provisional basis the provisions of Protocol
No. 14 to the Convention relating to (i) the single Judge
formation and (ii) three-Judge Committees.
