- La Corte Internacional de Justicia (también llamada
Tribunal Internacional de Justicia) es el principal órgano
judicial de las Naciones Unidas. Fue establecida en 1945,
en La Haya (Países Bajos) siendo la continuadora, a partir
de 1946, de la Corte Permanente de Justicia Internacional.
